About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. Our services include cancer, renal, orthopaedic, respiratory and cardiovascular care, alongside the largest dental school in Europe and specialist centres such as the £160 million Cancer Centre and Evelina London Children’s Hospital. We are part of King’s Health Partners and have a strong reputation for clinical excellence, research and teaching.

The WorkWell Data and Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) WorkWell Programme, funded by the Department of Health and Social Care and the Department of Work and Pensions. The programme aims to support local people with low-level health and disability needs to start, stay or remain in work, contributing to broader social and economic development.

This role involves providing data analysis, reporting and project support to ensure effective data capture and compliance with DWP reporting requirements. You will work closely with the WorkWell Learning and Change Manager and borough delivery leads to develop reporting processes, manage data quality, and support programme delivery at both SEL and local borough levels.

Main duties include building relationships with system partners, developing SEL-wide reporting processes, leading monthly and quarterly DWP reporting, resolving data quality issues, providing project support including meeting notes and action logs, supporting CRM system implementation, and contributing to service improvement through data insights.

The post is supported by the ICS People Programme Team and requires working in line with ICB values to help deliver a diverse, collaborative and motivated workforce across the health and care system.
