About the Role
As an Account Planner supporting the Commercial Partners team at JCDecaux, you will provide essential support across all sales activities. Your responsibilities will include working within strict time limits to option advertising space, booking campaigns on company systems and resolving related issues. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of campaigns and develop competency with our bespoke database system. Rapidly responding to customer enquiries and requests will be key, as well as assisting in producing presentations and providing after-sales service. You will take charge of corporate entertainment plans and build a strong knowledge of company products, services, and their benefits. Additionally, you will help ensure phones are covered within the team and focus efforts on developing and enhancing the regional retail business. Supporting the diversification of the customer base across multiple agencies and specialists, you will act as a two-way conduit for marketplace insight between agencies and specialist teams.
