About the Role
This role will grow as digital out of home develops. You will be expected to be open to change and support the way the business evolves. You will work with different clients, agencies and commercial partners as the business grows, helping you build experience, develop your skills and grow your career at JCDecaux. As a Sales Planner, you will support the administration, planning and delivery of advertising campaigns across JCDecaux systems and processes. Most of your time will be spent responding to option requests, managing inventory, reporting and sales administration accurately and efficiently. You will also build commercial understanding and identify opportunities to support revenue growth, customer relationships and team objectives. You will be an ambassador for JCDecaux and are expected to demonstrate behaviour that expresses our Company values and celebrates others who do the same.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign planning and delivery
Work closely with colleagues to understand campaign needs and help manage them from brief to delivery.
Option advertising space and support campaign delivery within strict customer and business deadlines.
Support teams before and after campaigns with useful materials, reports and updates.
Help create campaign materials, including mock-ups, images from Asset Bank, creative testing and data requests.
Deliver a high standard of after-sales service and campaign support to customers.
Commercial support
Support the development and performance of business across teams including the Investment team and Client and Agency Team.
Share useful market insight with internal teams to drive new revenue and help grow the customer base.
Help maintain strong customer relationships by being responsive, clear and reliable.
Help prepare sales presentations, reports, and simple support materials for customers and internal teams.
Systems, process and governance
Learn how to use internal company systems, track customer activity and keep information up to date.
Use company-approved AI tools to help make work faster and more efficient, including delivering creative mock ups aligned to landlord guidelines.
Follow company policies, processes and ways of working to support good business practice.
Team contributor
Build a knowledge of JCDecaux products and services and their benefits.
Work with colleagues to maintain an excellent level of service and share information clearly.
Take responsibility for agreed team projects, customer activity or client entertainment plans when needed.
Experience
Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage.
Previous experience working in a similar administrative, planning, sales-support or deadline-driven environment would be an advantage.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required but relevant experience as noted above is advantageous.
