About the Role
This role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly while improving how it operates. You’ll coordinate daily activities, work with systems and data, and help identify smarter, more efficient ways of working. Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll develop skills in performance analysis, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration - building a strong foundation for a career in logistics or supply chain.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and stock movements; ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in warehouse systems such as SAP/WMS; supporting resolution of operational issues to maintain efficient workflows; acting as a key user of warehouse systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency; producing reports and tracking key performance metrics such as stock accuracy and productivity; analysing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; identifying and supporting improvements to warehouse processes, efficiency, and accuracy; contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects; and collaborating with teams across Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet.

Experience
Graduate-level education or relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
