At Adoption London South Regional Adoption Agency, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join us and help make a difference today. We are currently recruiting a qualified Social Worker to join our South East Assessment team. This role involves preparing and supporting adoptive families, working directly with children, partners, and stakeholders. The post is based at our vibrant London Bridge office, but agile working is well established, with visits and meetings taking place across our region of 10 South London boroughs.

Experience
Qualified and have completed their ASYE, with over 2 years experience. Experienced in planning for permanence and interested in adoption. Skilled at building positive relationships with diverse families and professionals.

About you
Committed to anti-racist and inclusive practice, with a focus on reducing race disparity in adoption. Confident using Mosaic Case Management systems. Knowledgeable in childcare and adoption legislation and statutory guidance. Open to personal development and keen to develop group work and training skills.

Qualifications
You need to be a qualified Social Worker and have completed your ASYE. This post requires a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at Enhanced level.
