Make a real impact by joining Southwark’s Adult Social Work Services. We are seeking passionate social workers dedicated to improving the lives of older adults and people with physical disabilities. At Southwark Council, our Adult Social Work Services consist of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams committed to helping residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Why choose Southwark? We provide career stability with clear progression pathways, funded training and professional development, generous annual leave and pension contributions, flexible hybrid working options, and a supportive, inclusive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and compassion. You will have direct access to senior practice leaders including our Principal Social Worker and Principal Occupational Therapist.
We are a forward-thinking borough embracing technology and fresh ideas, committed to continually improving the way we work so you can focus on delivering outstanding support to those who need it most.
