About the Role
We are recruiting a Service Improvement Project Officer to join our Corporate Transformation & Delivery Team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering a portfolio of high impact transformation and efficiency programmes across Adult Social Care (ASC). Working collaboratively with Adult Social Care, the wider Corporate Transformation Team, and colleagues across multiple directorates and services, you will support the design and delivery of complex and impactful transformation initiatives and programmes. Your work will improve outcomes for residents, enhance service quality, drive efficiencies, and support the Council's strategic priorities.

Experience
- Strong programme and project management skills with a proven ability to deliver complex projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience delivering transformation, change, or improvement programmes within local government, health and social care, or similarly complex environments.
- Experience working on savings and efficiency projects, particularly related to Adult Social Care.
