About the Role
We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities team. This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience. The team works to support adults over 18 with varying degrees of learning and physical disabilities to promote and work toward appropriate independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with other Social Workers, Nurses, Doctors, and Psychologists to create care plans and coordinate care for individuals. This team offers training opportunities as well as the ability to work collaboratively with professionals in the healthcare industry.

Experience
A minimum of two years experience in a Social Work role is essential to be considered for this position. Experience working in community-based, multidisciplinary teams is advantageous.

About you
A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required. A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications
Social Work qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
