About the Role
We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Locality Team. This team works with individuals aged 18 and over, supporting those within the community who may have Learning Disabilities (LD), Physical Disabilities (PD), Mental Health (MH) difficulties, or are older adults. The team is responsible for conducting face-to-face assessments, Care Act 2014 assessments, and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments. This is a long-term case-holding team that prides itself on being friendly and welcoming.

Experience
A minimum of 1 year post-ASYE experience is required, along with a Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW. Experience working with individuals aged 65+, as well as those with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health issues is essential.

About you
You are dedicated to completing necessary assessments in relation to Adult Social Care and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW is required for this position.
