About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team. This team is responsible for reviewing and assessing the social care needs of adults with mental health needs in the local area. Key responsibilities include working closely with Safeguarding Managers as a Safeguarding Enquiry Officer, managing risks, and conducting enquiries to ensure safeguarding outcomes are met. The team operates a duty system distributed on a rota basis. The role offers hybrid working, easy access by car or public transport, and is located just 5 minutes from a large tube station with multiple lines. Supportive management and regular supervision are provided to ensure ongoing professional development and success in the role.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in Adult Social Work, preferably within mental health services.

About you
Strong knowledge and understanding of legal frameworks related to mental health care procedures is essential. You should demonstrate professional awareness and a commitment to delivering the best outcomes for service users. A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required.
