About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join the Adult Learning Disabilities Team. This team supports individuals with learning disabilities and works closely with clients and their families. Responsibilities include setting up adult care plans and carrying out assessments to promote independence and wellbeing. The team prides itself on effective and supportive management and strives to deliver high-quality care through strength-based approaches and creative solutions.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience working with complex care, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities is desirable.

About you
You will be confident in carrying out assessments related to adult social care, using strength-based approaches to identify solutions. You should be committed to promoting independence and wellbeing for individuals with learning disabilities.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW qualification is required.
