About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Mental Health Home Treatment Team. This team supports vulnerable adults with mental health difficulties, helping them reintegrate into the community. The role involves conducting face-to-face visits within the community, implementing care plans, and carrying out assessments. The team offers a hybrid working lifestyle, balancing remote work with office presence. Parking is available nearby or onsite, and the location is accessible via public transport. You will receive 1 to 2 weeks of onboarding training upon starting.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience working with dementia, mental health, older people, and physical disabilities is desirable.

About you
You will be responsible for carrying out necessary assessments related to adult social care, using strength-based approaches to creatively identify solutions. You should be motivated to support vulnerable adults and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW qualification is required.
