About the Role
We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Mental Health Social Care Team. The team is highly driven to work with each service user as an individual and to tailor their care plans as necessary. This team operates in a multidisciplinary environment to provide appropriate support to those with mental health concerns and their carers. Key responsibilities include undertaking placement reviews, facilitating hospital discharges, and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014.

Experience
The successful candidate will have experience within Adult's Social Work teams post qualification and an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.

About you
You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship offered).

Qualifications
No specific qualifications beyond the Diploma/Degree in Social Work are required for this position.
