The Structured Finance Advisory Services team sits at the intersection of structured finance, technology and client advisory services. The team partners with leading financial institutions globally to implement, configure and enhance securitisation solutions that address complex business, operational and regulatory challenges. By joining the team, you will work alongside professionals with expertise in financial modelling, analytics, reporting, data management and software implementation while contributing to a culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, automation and responsible AI-enabled ways of working.
Experience
Exposure to banking, credit, financial services, data analysis or a related field through internships, academic projects, graduate placements or professional experience is preferred.
Experience or interest in structured finance, securitisation, asset-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities and technology-enabled client solutions.
Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, databases, financial modelling, Python or VBA is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, operational and data-related information and translate findings into practical solutions.
Ability to read, interpret and document detailed business requirements, legal terms and payment priority structures.
Strong spreadsheet and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain modelling, reporting and data-related outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively and contribute to client implementation and support projects.
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Qualifications
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.
