We are seeking an experienced Animation Producer to lead the development and production of a 2D animation series from our London office. The successful candidate will manage all stages of development, production, and post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent time management and prioritisation.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, talent recruitment, internal processes, and reviews, balancing both business and creative aspects. Close collaboration with assigned creatives and third-party animation studios worldwide is essential, requiring flexibility to coordinate across different time zones. Experience working with and negotiating vendors is key to success in this role.

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Producer and/or in film and television production management, with significant experience producing 2D animation series. Proven ability to manage animation studio sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationships. Experience overseeing production processes and personnel from development through delivery. Familiarity with client interaction and working across multiple vendors and departments is preferred.

Flexibility to coordinate with studios across different time zones and respond to rapidly changing priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent related work experience required. Expert scheduling ability with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of VFX/animation content is a plus. Must be able to generate high-quality material in a fast-paced environment.
