About the Role
Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a warm Hox welcome to handling any questions and assisting with requests. You will be the gatekeeper for our meeting room logistics, knowing who’s who and what’s what. Maintain the meeting room area, ensuring all rooms are set up correctly and kept tidy at all times. You will manage meeting room maintenance, billing, and smooth check-in and check-out for events. Ensure food and beverage in the space is top notch at all times and that guests have everything they need. Work closely with the hotel team to provide a great experience from first contact to departure and beyond. Additionally, you will handle some administrative tasks such as expenses, lists, and stationary orders. Comfortable with technology is essential—you know your HDMI from your USB and your Mac from a PC, or you are willing to learn quickly in this 21st century role.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in a busy Front of House role; a genuine care for making people feel welcome and looked after.
