About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring they are always cleaned to brand standards and well presented. You will report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors through KnowCross, ensuring all rooms adhere to brand and quality audit standards. Your duties will also include cleaning and servicing public areas, maintaining exterior hotel areas such as guest entrances and loading bays, and overseeing the daily delivery and collection of linen and terry. You will stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, keeping these areas clean and well maintained. Additionally, you will assist with other housekeeping tasks as required and ensure all Health and Safety standards are followed, including correct handling of cleaning materials in line with COSHH regulations. You will attend all required training sessions and maintain a positive, friendly attitude while providing the highest level of customer care and service to guests. Assistance with cleaning public and back of house areas will also be part of your role.

Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards is required.

You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring rooms meet the highest standards for guests. A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude is essential.
