About the Role
We are looking for a Runner to join our team at Il Bambini Club, a festive and generous trattoria born in Paris and now open in London. With live music, bold interiors, and a love for Italian flavours, Bambini is a celebration of food, colour, and joy. As a Runner, you will play a vital role supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring dishes and drinks reach guests promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with Waiters, Kitchen, and the wider restaurant team to help deliver a smooth and memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting the front-of-house team throughout service, acting as a key link between kitchen, bar, and floor teams, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of service areas, and familiarising yourself with the menu and service standards to confidently assist guests and team members.

Experience
2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

About you
You are passionate about hospitality and bring positive energy to the team. You aim to have a positive impact on everyone you interact with, leaving guests and teammates with a memorable experience. You value authenticity and want to work in an environment where individuality is embraced. You are not precious, willing to leave egos at the door, muck in, and help get things done. You enjoy being energetic, hands-on, and part of a fast-paced service. You are open to trying new things and doing things differently. You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
