The vacancy As an IT Application Support Analyst, you'll adopt a common approach to problem analysis ensuring issues are clearly defined, trends are considered, impact on the operational teams is understood and potential resolutions highlighted. With a particular focus on providing application support for the capability that this role is aligned to and, as a secondary objective, assisting with other capabilities, as the need arises. You're an independent person who is able to exercise good initiative, judgement and communication. You'll use your time management skills to prioritise, in order to meet the deadlines and targets set, communicating regularly and managing expectations. You have first rate interpersonal skills to enable you to liaise and communicate at all levels. You'll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role involvesensuring that quality data is captured, working with IT colleagues on the Service Desk to ensure Delivery team requirements are clear. Ifyou're educated or experienced in SQL scripting , have an excellent understanding of databases and database systems and have experience in administering business systems (ideally CRM or workflow systems including processes, letters, and scripts) we want to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you're: Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets, communicating regularly and managing expectations. Able to understand the social housing domain. Experienced working with suppliers to resolve incidents and requests Able to work to process, follow and create procedures. Knowledgeable in industry standards and frameworks such as ITIL, Agile etc. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
