About the Role
The JPMAM Investment Platform team, established in 2019, drives the vision for a unified technology platform supporting investors across Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, and Investment Data & Risk Analytics. The Sustainable Investing & Stewardship (SI&S) Product Management team is responsible for setting the product vision to empower investors across asset classes to integrate sustainability factors into investment decision-making and support the company’s engagement and proxy voting processes.
As a Stewardship Product Manager (Associate or Vice President), you will collaborate with Technologists, Data Scientists, and Stewardship experts to deliver on the product vision and roadmap. Your focus will be on integrating corporate governance factors and building voting capabilities within a state-of-the-art proxy voting platform. You will also design innovative systems to support Stewardship engagement efforts.
Key responsibilities include managing the Stewardship product lifecycle, facilitating stakeholder forums and agile ceremonies, maintaining a prioritized product backlog and roadmap, tracking KPIs related to product adoption and business impact, and partnering with internal teams and external ESG data vendors. You will also conduct market research and competitive analysis to explore AI technology applications in asset management.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years in financial services, preferably in wealth or asset management
- Prior product management experience with strong knowledge of Agile principles and tools such as Jira
- Domain expertise in Stewardship and/or Proxy Voting, ESG data, Corporate Governance data, and familiarity with providers like MSCI, Bloomberg, S&P Global

Qualifications
- Strong plus: Hands-on coding experience for analytics and data manipulation (Python, SQL, R) with ability to develop prototypes and design solutions
- Knowledge of financial products and investment management processes across asset classes
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau
- Good to have: Experience with AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models, and their application in financial services
