Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an Assistant Director of Transformation to join the team on a permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office. What you'll need: Experience of leading the management of change via large-scale transformational change programmes. The ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity, and multiple stakeholders. Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to present data and analysis in a compelling and clear way to senior leadership. A bit about the role: The delivery of Peabody’s strategic improvement initiatives set out in the transformation strategy. Working cross-functionally with leadership and subject matter experts to create and sustain the alignment of our strategy, policy, performance and change management functions. Some of the key features of the role include: Ensuring that our portfolio of change and transformation activities are delivered on time, to budget, producing the targeted benefits. Supporting the Director of Transformation, working with the Senior Responsible Owners (SROs) programme boards, colleagues, and residents, to lead initiatives, programmes and projects that improve performance, productivity, resident and colleague experiences aligned to the transformation programme. Create a cohesive approach to organisational strategy, policy and performance that supports continuous improvement across the business. Proactively mitigate risk across the change portfolio and assure Executive, Change Board and relevant committees of effective risk management plans. Leadership Responsibilities: As a member of the leadership team, support and enable delivery of the Group Strategy through strategic and operational contribution. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to help build a diverse and inclusive organisation; ensuring that Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles are fully embedded in the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of your teams and within the delivery of our services. Build effective networks internally across the organisation and externally to support delivery of the group strategy and the new localities model.
