About the Role
Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading operations at our new Oxford Street site. You will play a key role in driving operational management and financial performance, with a strong focus on maximising gross profit, retaining top talent, and elevating customer service standards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring waste management processes are in place and reviewed weekly, championing excellent customer service, implementing customer communication tools to build sales, and overseeing the introduction of new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications in line with Aramark guidelines and brand standards. You will also develop strong commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and service levels that maximise financial returns, ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety requirements, manage accurate P&L projections, and lead your team to meet key performance indicators. Experience
