About the Role
Lead the team by example, keeping them engaged, motivated and confident in delivering warm, genuine Seabird experiences. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen leadership to ensure front and back of house operate seamlessly together. Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including rotas, training, payroll checks and basic financial administration. Help onboard and train new team members, ensuring brand standards, service steps and safety procedures are understood and followed. Create a positive and inclusive team culture by giving regular feedback, coaching in the moment and supporting development. Be present on the floor, anticipating guest needs, handling feedback and resolving complaints with care and confidence. Ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation, cleanliness, stock control and compliance with food safety and licensing requirements. Share guest insights and operational ideas with the wider F&B team to help continuously improve the Seabird experience.

Experience
Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a busy, quality-led restaurant or bar environment. A solid understanding of front-of-house operations, service standards and people management basics.

Organised and detail-focused, while staying flexible and calm under pressure. Someone who leads with personality and empathy, not ego. Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant hospitality experience and leadership skills are essential.
