About the Role
Lead a dynamic front of house team across Chet’s, Room Service, The Lobby, and our events space, The Apartment. Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of everything you do. You’ll lead by example, keeping your team involved, motivated, empowered, and supported, ensuring they confidently deliver top Hox experiences and feel comfortable approaching you with questions. Drive revenue through well-planned initiatives and incentives, alongside a strong understanding of the guest booking and profiling system. Maintain a firm grip on the P&L and take ownership of restaurant costs, always striving for efficient solutions while maintaining high quality and exceptional guest experiences. Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth collaboration between front of house and back of house operations.

Experience
- Proven track record of leading large teams in restaurants, kitchens, and bars
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy, bustling environment
- Previous involvement in budgeting and forecasting with a strong understanding of financial expectations for a successful restaurant and bar business
- Ability to manage budgets daily, weekly, and monthly, reporting results with a detailed understanding of business trends to the Director of F&B
- Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently
