About the Role
Produce delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options for our guests by running a section in our busy kitchen. Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves. Ensure smooth operations with orders and deliveries managed efficiently, maintaining sky-high food hygiene standards. Collaborate with the Head Chef on ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative and ever-evolving, always striving to make the best food out there.
Experience
Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant.
About you
Passionate about fresh ingredients and strong flavours. You seek a place where you can be yourself; no clones in suits here. You aim to have a positive impact on those you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. You are not precious, leaving egos at the door to help get things done. Open to doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once. You enjoy working hard as part of a supportive team that also has fun along the way. If we got stuck in a lift together, we’d have a good time and share a few laughs.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but a passion for the role and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
