About the Role
Manage some of our largest accounts in London within the Corporate, Group and M&E segments. Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise revenues. Collaborate with the Director of Sales for London on annual sales plans and pre-opening sales activities ahead of new London openings. Lead an on-site Sales Champion program with the Front Desk Team. Generate new business through market research, liaising with the Global sales team and working with sister hotels. Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and sales trips, organising on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization trips. Work towards personal Group and M&E revenue goals and KPIs. Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.

Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in London hotel sales with a proven ability to make a quick impact.
