About the Role
Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks and coffees to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. Know your product and systems inside out. Work closely with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily, supporting both table and bar service.
Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail and coffee making.

A natural people person who is confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests. You want to work somewhere you can be yourself, with no clones in suits. Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues alike. You’re not precious, leaving egos at the door to help get things done. Open to doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once. Looking to be part of a hardworking, supportive team that has fun along the way.
