About the Role
Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks and coffees to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. Know your product and systems inside out. Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.
Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail and coffee making.

A natural people person – confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests. Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues. You’re authentic and enjoy being yourself; no clones in suits here. You’re not precious, leaving egos at the door to help get things done. Open to doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once. You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, just a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude.
