About the Role
As Breakfast Floor Manager, you will ensure the restaurant and bar areas are Health & Safety compliant for each shift. You will run the daily briefing for the restaurant and bar team, coordinate and manage the reservations system, and draft floor plans based on covers. Supporting the Restaurant AGM, you will assist with food and beverage stock management including ordering and stock counts, as well as training on wine, food, and beverage menus. You will be responsible for cash handling and daily revenue reporting in line with hotel SOPs. Your role includes overseeing service on the floor and bar, ensuring the safe opening and closing of the restaurant, and collaborating with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Experience
