Our Collaborative Partnering Team (CPT) works with clients, project leaders, and delivery teams to establish and embed high-performance collaborative culture, behaviours, and ways of working across complex infrastructure programmes. The Associate, Collaborative Partnering (ACP) acts as a hands-on performance coach and trusted advisor, developing high-performance culture and collaborative practices for leaders and teams. The role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice and coaching, designing and delivering leadership and team interventions, contributing to tender strategy and client engagement preparation, and evolving CPT services and toolkits. The ACP role requires a proactive, accountable individual who role models collaborative behaviours and drives successful project outcomes through bespoke interventions and consultation services.
Experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of human behavioural science, leadership theory, and team dynamics with experience helping project teams work effectively together.
- Excellent facilitation skills in-person, online, and hybrid for groups of varying sizes.
- Experience coaching leaders and teams to successful outcomes within complex projects or programmes.
- Proven ability to work as part of a matrix or integrated team supporting project delivery and influencing others.
- Interest in providing high-quality consulting services directly to clients and integrated teams.

Qualifications
