The Associate, Collaborative Partnering (ACP) works as a hands-on performance coach and trusted advisor with colleagues, partners, and clients. The ACP is responsible for developing high-performance culture, collaborative behaviours, and working practices for leaders and teams delivering complex infrastructure programmes. Working closely with the Collaborative Partnering Team (CPT), the ACP builds strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and provide advice, guidance, and bespoke interventions that build knowledge, skill, and capability.

The CPT operates across the project lifecycle with a practitioner-based approach in four key workstreams:
- Work Winning: Contributing to tender strategy and preparing integrated delivery teams for client engagement.
- Project Mobilisation: Helping leaders and teams embed high-performance culture and collaborative behaviours to mobilise complex programmes.
- Project Delivery: Developing leaders’ skills and providing bespoke team performance interventions to enable successful delivery.
- Client Experience: Delivering consultation and projects directly for clients in organisation development, culture, leadership, and team development.

The ACP role involves building trusted partnering relationships, providing expert advice and coaching, designing and delivering leadership and team interventions, contributing to work winning strategies, and continuously evolving Collaborative Partnering services and toolkits. The role models high-performance collaborative behaviours in all interactions.

Experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of human behavioural science, leadership theory, and team dynamics.
- Experience coaching leaders and teams to successful outcomes within complex projects or programmes.
- Excellent facilitation skills for in-person, online, and hybrid scenarios.
- Experience working as part of a matrix or integrated team supporting project delivery.
- Ability to provide advice, coaching, and constructive challenge to drive high performance.
- Interest in delivering high-quality consulting services directly to clients and integrated teams.

Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Organisation Development and/or Organisation Psychology or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in hands-on roles developing leaders and teams in project-focused environments.
