As a Band 6 Community Specialist Podiatrist, you will be a communicative team player with experience in wound care and diabetic foot management. You will manage a caseload, providing predominantly clinical care, and organise visits for patients unable to attend community clinics. You will be confident in treatment delivery, aware of service criteria, and understand your scope of practice, knowing when to seek help and escalate concerns to the Multi-Disciplinary Foot Team (MDFT). You will liaise with nursing staff to arrange visits and develop treatment plans for internal and external departments to follow. You will support the service and colleagues both in clinic and during home visits.

Experience
Proven experience in wound care and diabetic foot management is essential. Ability to manage a caseload independently and organise community visits.

Qualifications
