Here at Peabody, we have an exciting opportunity for four Bank Concierge Officers (Annualised Hour) to join our dedicated team in various locations, particularly in Thamesmead, Lewisham and may be required to support other areas.
What you'll need:
Experience providing excellent customer service.
Experience providing a residential concierge service or other similar front of house role.
Experience using Microsoft Office.

A bit about the role:
Bank Concierge Officers are required to work within a mixed tenure flagship regeneration scheme. This position is primarily customer focused, you'll meet and greet all visitors to reception with a helpful attitude and good interpersonal skills.
We are looking for committed individuals with a positive & helpful attitude and good interpersonal skills. If successful, you will work in new builds at our flagship developments on various locations, welcoming residents, responding to enquiries in person, email and over the phone, providing guidance to visitors, as well as other ad hoc activities.
This role requires basic IT skills, with knowledge of windows 10 as well as MS office suit software.
The shift pattern for this role is:
Monday to Friday - Three shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 / 11:00 to 19:00 / 14:00 to 21:30
Weekends - one shift from 8:00 to 16:00
Training and uniform will be provided.
Successful applicants will need to be subject to a basic disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) before any appointment can be confirmed.
