About the Role
As a Brand Manager at Vitabiotics, you will join a forward-thinking and growing marketing team, reporting to the Brand Marketing Director. You will manage a portfolio of some of the UK’s most popular vitamin brands, including Perfectil, Pregnacare, Wellman, Wellwoman and Menopace. Your role will involve supporting a wide range of ATL and BTL offline UK marketing activities such as high-profile advertising campaigns (radio, print, outdoor) and celebrity brand ambassador partnerships (e.g. Tess Daly and Gabby Logan) to build brand awareness and drive sales performance.
You will manage and deliver key campaigns and brand partnerships, including licensed products, charity collaborations, offline communications, and sampling initiatives. Engaging internal teams on brand plans and contributing to cross-functional campaign requirements will be essential. You will act as the key contact for external stakeholders, managing contractual obligations and relationships.
Additional responsibilities include supporting new product development and launch plans, maintaining brand assets and promotional materials compliant with industry regulations, assisting with marketing events, preparing brand presentations for sales and export teams, managing budgets, and monitoring ongoing brand performance using data such as Circana.
Experience
Extensive brand management and marketing experience is essential. Ideally, you will have a background in FMCG branded products and experience or strong interest in healthcare and nutrition sectors, including managing licensed brands. Proven offline marketing experience is required.
About you
You have excellent attention to detail and strong consumer and technical writing skills. You are capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines comfortably within a small, hands-on, fast-paced team environment. Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to embrace change are key attributes.
