About the Role
Vitabiotics, the UK’s No.1 vitamin company and a leader in nutritional healthcare innovation for over 55 years, is seeking a detail-focused and technically minded Regulatory Technologist to join our quality control team. Reporting to the Regulatory Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product dossiers, preparation and submission of regulatory applications, coordination of product renewals, and review and approval of product artwork to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company standards.

You will support regulatory compliance for food supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer healthcare products by monitoring UK, EU, and international regulations and providing guidance on product composition, claims, labelling, and compliance. Key responsibilities include dossier preparation and maintenance, regulatory submissions and renewals, artwork and labelling approval, product lifecycle management, audit and quality support, and shipping and distribution compliance.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, commercially focused solutions. You will work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Packaging, Product Development, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure products meet all regulatory standards throughout their lifecycle and distribution.

Requirements

Experience
- Degree in Regulatory Affairs, Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within regulatory, technical, quality, or compliance roles.
- Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation and product dossiers.
- Experience reviewing product labelling and artwork for compliance.
- Experience in food supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to product claims, labelling, and ingredients.

Desirable
- Experience managing regulatory submissions and product notifications.
- Experience supporting product registrations and renewals.
- Knowledge of UK, EU, and international regulations relating to food supplements and cosmetics.
- Experience working with external manufacturers and suppliers.
- Experience supporting international product registrations and market access activities.
- Knowledge of shipping and transport regulations applicable to food supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer healthcare products.
- Experience working with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), customs documentation, and export compliance requirements.
- Understanding of import/export regulations and global product distribution requirements.

Skills
