About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of significant change initiatives across Notting Hill Genesis. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solutions that enhance services for residents and colleagues. You will translate strategic and operational priorities into clear requirements, support solution design, testing, and implementation, and ensure that change delivers tangible benefits and lasting value across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include assessing and identifying resources and budgets required for change delivery, investigating and documenting business processes with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for change and value for money by balancing cost, quality, and outcomes. You will collaborate with teams to understand pain points, gather insights, and co-create solutions with key stakeholders.

Additionally, you will gather, define, and prioritise requirements and user stories through workshops, interviews, and user insight, ensuring sign-off by the project board and key stakeholders. You will produce and agree acceptance criteria, plan and lead testing activities to assure quality, support training and user guides, and manage small-scale projects or significant workstreams within larger programmes adhering to NHG's standard methodology.

Experience
Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement. Experience supporting testing, training, and implementation of new systems or services. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent IT skills including MS Visio, data, and reporting systems.

Analytical with the ability to present complex information clearly. Passionate about delivering great service and working collaboratively with diverse teams. Willingness to study towards a professional qualification if not already qualified, pending legislative requirements.

Qualifications
Business analysis or process improvement qualification is desirable. Pending confirmation of legislative changes, a qualification to demonstrate competence may be required.
