About the Role
Hyde is looking for a Business Automation Consultant to improve how the organisation works by designing and delivering automation across key business processes. The role focuses on reducing manual effort, lowering cost and risk, and enhancing speed, accuracy, and customer experience. Working with teams across the organisation, you will identify where automation will add the most value. You will turn complex processes into simple, well-controlled automated solutions that are secure, scalable and support long-term business needs. Additionally, you will ensure the benefits of automation are clearly measured and help Hyde develop strong, sustainable automation capability.

Key duties include analysing end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and repeatable tasks suitable for automation; prioritising automation opportunities based on value, risk, complexity and alignment with business goals; and working closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and agree clear automation outcomes.

Experience
Proven experience designing and delivering business process automation in a specialist, transformation or consultancy role.
Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical automation solutions.
Experience using systems such as Microsoft Power Automate, N8N, UiPath, Blue Prism.
Experience with process mapping and value stream mapping.
Ability to measure, track and clearly explain business benefits and outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, working confidently with technical teams, business users and external suppliers.
