Description
Your typical day could start by collaborating with project teams, spending time with business users to better understand their roles or meeting with senior stakeholders. Then you might facilitate a working session with impacted colleagues to co create an adoption approach and gain early engagement or impact assess who and how the planned transformation activities will impact different user groups. Next you could be facilitating a business readiness assessment workshop, working with team leads to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans, or be involved in developing yours and others change capabilities, skills and behaviours as we focus on personal and organisational change capabilities.
As a Business Change Manager, you’re not just managing change; you’re empowering colleagues, residents, and customers to thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment, we have exciting times at Peabody with organisation wide changes like the Culture programme, Data programme and Digital and channel alignment programmes. Your efforts help create great homes, enhance housing services and make a positive impact on the community.
You’re a passionate and determined individual who can leverage your experience in delivering change by collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and adapting change management tools to suit the unique needs of each project. Your role is crucial in ensuring that Peabody’s projects meet their objectives by increasing adoption and usage, focusing on the people side of change, and fostering a culture that supports growth and continued change.
To be a success in this role, you’re:
An experienced Change Manager with evidence of understanding change impacts, developing engagement plans and initiatives to adopt change.
Great at building relationships at all levels; concise in your messaging and able to adapt your style to suit your audience.
A strong facilitator, able to work with gravitas, courage and be calm under pressure, building credibility and respect with every interaction.
Customer focused, putting the customer at the centre of everything you do.
Able to influence people at all levels to better understand the implications of change and the need for different approaches dependent on the need.
Experienced working across multiple projects simultaneously
Experienced working within a change framework.
