We are currently advertising for a Business Change Manager on a permanent basis at the Westminster Bridge Road Office. You will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems, job roles and organisation structures. What you’ll need: Experience of delivering change management initiatives with passion and determination across a range of teams and people in medium to large organisations. A proven track record of working with and successfully influencing stakeholders at different levels throughout the organisation. Evidence of end to end Business change management lifecycle delivery. Experience using and adapting change management deliverables and tools to help realise the desired change. If this sounds like you, this role might be perfect for you! A bit about the role: As a Business Change Manager, you will ensure projects meet objectives by increasing adoption and usage. Some of the key results for the role include: Change Impact Assessment. Stakeholder analysis and communication planning. Development of involvement and engagement initiatives. Develop business ownership through business readiness. assessments, training needs and training plans. Co-create pre and post change survey and initiatives based on results. Define measures to support and evidence change adoption. Desirable: Qualified in Change Management methodology (ADKAR or APMG) Experience of change adoption within an organisation of similar size and type as Peabody Group A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the office is required.
