About the Role
Our Summer Business Management Internship Programme has been crafted to simulate our Business Graduate Programme so that you can understand what a career with London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) would really be like. LSEG is at the forefront of trading services – a fundamental part of the financial and transactional services that support and enhance the development of businesses and economies across the world. As an intern, you will join one of our flagship trading services – London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise – or LCH, our global leading multi-asset clearing house. We help customers across the trade life cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while granting access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes, fostering growth for customers, communities, and economies worldwide.

The dynamic nature of the division means interns will join a fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important. You can expect exposure across:
- Solving problems for our FX customers by understanding their business goals, maintaining relationships, and managing post-sale activity.
- Conducting research and analysis into global markets, focusing on debt listings, valuations, shareholder and geographic analysis.
- Delivering business intelligence, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Supporting risk teams by monitoring and analysing risks, interpreting data, and preparing for risk projects or reporting.

As an intern, you will be an individual contributor, assist the product lifecycle, and work as part of a team to develop specialist skills. During recruitment, we will align your skills and interests with the needs of the business to place you in the right area.

This is a real role where our 9-week summer interns play a vital part in the success of our organisation, just as graduate employees do.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process includes:
- Application submission with resume.
- Untimed Immersive Online Assessment designed to provide insight into working at LSEG.
- Video interview using a strength-based interview style.
- Half-day virtual assessment centre with various exercises.

Please note that all assessment centres are held virtually. We recommend early application as we consider candidates on a rolling basis and may close applications earlier due to volume.

Experience
Penultimate year undergraduate student due to complete all course requirements by summer 2028. Demonstrable interest in financial markets gained through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required beyond current undergraduate status and expected completion date. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for financial markets are essential.
