Average 38.5 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota, including some weekends on a 12 hour rota basis from 8am to 8pm. 4 days in week one, 3 days in week two.

About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality care services within our Care Homes to ensure residents live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. You will assist residents with personal care, food and drink, and administering medication. Supporting residents in all activities of daily living, you will help maximise their wellbeing while promoting choice, independence, and dignity. Additionally, you will provide encouragement and companionship by engaging with residents and other stakeholders, as well as supporting recreational activities.

Experience
Previous experience is not essential; willingness to be trained is welcomed.

- Naturally compassionate with integrity, treating residents fairly and with respect
- Willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to be trained
