The vacancy Your typical day could start with creating and implementing support plans consistently and correctly for our customers. Then you might be supporting individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community by being innovative, enthusiastic and encouraging. As a Care Support Worker, you'll be assisting people to live their best life. With a particular focus supporting people with kindness and compassion. You will support people with all aspects of daily living including assisting people with their personal care and health needs. Your kind, compassionate and driven to protect the rights of the people you support. You'll respect individual characters you are supporting and the different wants and needs they may have. To be successful in this role you'll need to be available to work on a rota basis which is covered over a 24/7 period. Some waking nights and sleep ins will be required. Your role covers all aspects of care and support. If you're a caring & compassionate person, then we want to hear from you. Could it be you? To be a success in this role, you're: Able to work on a rota basis, working across a 24/7 shift pattern. The understanding and ability to respond to people's unique needs and desires. Experience of providing support to vulnerable individuals. The ability to maintain records, with high levels of attention to detail.
