About the Role
Contribute to the quality of life for estate residents by maintaining a safe and secure estate, ensuring the estate is clean and well maintained. This role assists in preserving the estate's assets in a proper manner. Caretakers will visit estates daily to ensure a presence on site, acting as a focal point for information, queries, and complaints, seeking to report or resolve issues swiftly to the satisfaction of estate residents.

Experience
Experience in practical cleaning duties and estate maintenance is desirable but not essential. Ability to work under own initiative and manage a varied workload effectively.

About you
Good communication skills with the ability to consider the differing needs of others and adapt communication methods accordingly. Able to develop and maintain constructive relationships with tenants, open to new ideas and respectful of others’ points of view. Acts as a role model by setting a personal example of good equalities practice at all times. Ability to comply with relevant Health & Safety laws and practices. Physically able to lift, move, and push bulky items and work in all weather conditions. Able to achieve results through teamwork, numeracy, literacy, and effective use of IT and apps. Must hold a full manual driving licence.
