About the Role
The Resident Services Team supports tenants to sustain their tenancies and promotes independence, quality of life, safeguarding, and well-being across a wide range of issues including housing, welfare rights, personal finance, hoarding, tenancy management, mediation, life skills, and personal independence.

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Housing Officer (ASB) to join our team and help create safe and harmonious communities. In this role, you will manage and resolve anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, working closely with residents, local authorities, and external agencies to foster a peaceful living environment.

Your responsibilities will include investigating and managing ASB complaints in line with policies and procedures, conducting estate inspections to identify ASB hotspots, maintaining accurate records, and providing support and guidance to residents affected by ASB.

This is a front-line role requiring daily presence in the office or on site. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential.

Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in social housing or equivalent transferable skills
- Proven track record in ASB management and knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management
- Experience using housing management software such as Open Housing and Microsoft Office

Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Policing and Crime Act 2017 and the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014
- A degree or housing qualification such as CIH is preferable but not essential
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have a vehicle available for work use
