About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting a Catering and Hospitality Assistant to join the team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. This role involves providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to patients, visitors, and staff. You will prepare, present, and serve food and drinks to high-quality standards, set up and clear dining areas, functions, and hospitality events, and process cash and card transactions accurately. Responsibilities include balancing tills, maintaining knowledge of menus, pricing and promotions, following food safety procedures including temperature monitoring, stock rotation and labelling, completing daily cleaning schedules, and adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards. You will also prepare catering trolleys, equipment, and supplies for daily service and special events, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery. Full training is provided, including barista skills to Starbucks standards. Experience
No formal experience required, but a friendly, positive and customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications
Basic food hygiene, allergen and Health & Safety awareness is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
