About the Role
Aramark UK is seeking experienced Team Leaders to support operations in our brand-new cafe located within a prestigious retail space on Oxford Street, London. If you are passionate about delivering great food, exceptional service, and creating lasting memories, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will focus on elevating customer service standards, creating an exceptional experience, and inspiring and leading your team effectively. Key responsibilities include supporting operational management and financial performance, ensuring waste management processes are in place, championing excellent customer service, and implementing customer communication tools to build sales. You will also support the implementation of new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications in line with Aramark guidelines and brand standards, ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety requirements, and lead your team to meet performance KPIs.

Experience
Operational experience at management level within the catering or hospitality industry is essential.
