About the Role
Do you have a passion for coffee and enjoy providing a great customer experience? As a Catering Assistant / Barista with ISS UK, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service, positively influencing each customer's day. You will support the Chef Manager in delivering exceptional food and beverage services, focusing on providing a welcoming front-of-house experience. Your duties will include preparing and presenting food and drinks (including barista duties), maintaining a clean, organised, and friendly environment, and ensuring customers feel well looked after.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, operating coffee machines to prepare high-quality barista-style drinks, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of counters and dining areas, restocking food and drink items attractively, supporting general cleaning duties to meet hygiene and safety standards, responding to customer queries professionally, and keeping storerooms and work areas tidy and organised.

Experience
Experience working in a customer-focused environment is preferred. Previous experience in catering, food service, or barista roles is desirable but not essential.
