As a Barista with ISS UK, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and precision to everything you do. From crafting beautiful beverages to engaging with customers, you’ll take pride in making every moment special.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty drinks, and food items.
- Delivering a warm, professional, and personalised experience to every customer.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised service and back-of-house area.
- Taking ownership of your workspace and continuously seeking ways to enhance service.
- Handling cash and operating the till system accurately.
- Staying up to date with drink trends and making informed recommendations.
- Ensuring all food and beverages meet ISS’s high quality and presentation standards.
- Upholding health & safety values and maintaining a safe environment for all.

Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or retail environment, ideally preparing premium coffee.
