About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Supervisor to oversee our retail operations. This exciting role involves managing breakfast service for the on-site hotel and lunch and dinner service for live-in students and staff. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and supervise catering team members including servers, chefs, and support personnel. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Foster positive relationships with clients and guests, handle inquiries and special dietary requirements professionally, and continuously seek feedback to improve services.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the food service industry. Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is desirable.
