About the Role
Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a CDD Advisory Analyst to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team in Leicester, UK and help shape the future of global commerce. Strengthening controls and resolving issues will be key, including monitoring the effectiveness of financial crime processes, identifying control gaps, and supporting audit findings, remediation, and risk mitigation efforts. You will drive innovation and AI enablement by identifying process improvements and supporting adoption of AI-driven solutions like monitoring, screening, and risk scoring while managing governance risks such as bias and explainability. Leading stakeholder engagement through cross-functional collaboration, aligning advisory and delivery teams, and clearly communicating risks, impacts, and strategies to senior stakeholders will be essential.
