About the Role
We’re Civica, a global software company supporting over 5,000 public bodies and delivering critical services to more than 100 million citizens worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of our Certinia PSA implementation as part of a key global transformation programme. In this role, you will develop and deliver the change management strategy, ensuring colleagues across multiple regions are engaged, prepared and supported through the transition to new systems, processes and ways of working.

You will work closely with programme leadership, implementation partners, business leaders and subject matter experts to maximise adoption, minimise disruption and ensure long-term success from the investment. This role is ideal for a change professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys influencing stakeholders at all levels on a global scale.

Key responsibilities include developing integrated plans for communications, engagement, training, readiness and adoption activities; building strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors; supporting leaders with messaging and change advocacy; coordinating change champion networks; monitoring adoption and readiness; and identifying and mitigating change risks.

Experience
- Proven experience leading change management activities for large-scale business transformation or enterprise technology programmes
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness practices
- Experience conducting impact assessments and translating findings into practical change interventions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of an organisation
- Strong communication skills with experience creating engaging communications, presentations and change materials
- Experience supporting training and adoption activities for business users
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex programme environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
- Experience measuring adoption, readiness and change outcomes through data and feedback

Desirable
- Experience supporting Certinia PSA, Salesforce or similar enterprise SaaS implementations
- Experience working within global transformation programmes across multiple regions and cultures
- Prosci, APMG Change Management or similar change management certification
- Understanding of professional services operations, including resource management, project delivery, time recording and billing processes
